The Honda CR-V is a compact crossover SUV that delivers a balance of style, versatility and comfort. It enters its fourth generation in 2012 with revised interior and exterior treatments, enhanced power and a host of new equipment and innovative technologies.

The five-passenger CR-V is available in both front-wheel and all-wheel drive configurations, each with a choice of three trim levels: LX, EX and EX-L. All trim levels are powered by a 185-hp 2.4-liter inline four-cylinder engine, paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. The LX is equipped with 16-inch styled steel wheels, auto-off headlights, air conditioning, a CD player with MP3 capability and a USB audio interface; EX trims add a power sunroof, 17-inch aluminum wheels, fog lights, privacy glass and a security system. The EX-L is further outfitted with roof rails, heated front seats, leather upholstery, dual-zone automatic climate control and satellite radio. A DVD Rear Entertainment System (RES) is made available for the first time on the CR-V EX-L, along with voice-activated navigation. Safety features found on every CR-V include anti-lock disc brakes with brake assist, Vehicle Stability Assist with traction control, front seat-mounted side airbags, front and rear side curtain airbags and a tire pressure monitor. New for 2012, a multi-angle rearview camera is also standard on all trim levels.

The Honda CR-V is completely redesigned for 2012. New features include an Easy-Fold 60/40 split rear seatback, a full color Multi Information Display and Bluetooth wireless connectivity for phone/audio. Additionally, Motion-Adaptive electric power-assist steering and an Eco Assist system debut, Hill Start Assist is now standard, and a new Real Time AWD (Intelligent Control System) replaces the previous generation's four-wheel drive model. 2010 Honda CR-V Review: The Honda CR-V is probably the best vehicle in this class. Its interior is packaged the best, with seats that fold down to provide a completely flat cargo area. Small refinements for 2010 make the interior a bit more user-friendly, and styling revisions freshen its looks.
